Appointment Safety Measures

We will give you a call to confirm your appointment time and to go over all the safety precautions we have instated to keep your household healthy. We also will accommodate you if you wish to reschedule your appointment for any reason.

We also will ask if any person in your household is experiencing coughing, shortness of breath, fever, or has come into contact with someone infected with COVID-19 in the past two weeks. If this is the case we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
When we arrive for the appointment, our technician will ring your doorbell and step back to maintain proper 6-foot social distancing. The technician will remind you of the safety precautions we require for our in-home services. Finally, the technician will put on a mask before entering your home regardless of vaccination status.
Our technicians will wear a mask while indoors during the appointment, regardless of vaccination status. They will show you the area of your home they will work on and ask you to keep a 6-foot distance from the worksite.
At the end of the appointment, our technician will talk you through the project while maintaining a 6-foot distance. If need be, we can perform a virtual walkthrough to explain any installation processes. We will enter payment details verbally over the phone to avoid touching your credit card. We will use email to send any paperwork and informational materials digitally. We will wipe down job sites with disinfectant as work is completed.

If there is any paperwork that needs to be signed, we ask you please use your own writing utensil.
